Position – Assistant Manager for our Quality Control Department.
We’re looking for a professional with at least 10-12 years of relevant work experience with expertise in Customer Handling, IATF Audits & Tier-I Machining Supplies.
This is a Full Time position and the salary range is 6-8 Lakh Per Annum.
Eligibility
Gender: Male
Qualification: Diploma, BE/ B.Tech- Mechanical Eng.
Age Limit: 30-35Years
Recruitment Period: 1 Month

The Job Description:
- Understanding the customer’s needs and requirements and communicating them.
- Must have Working experience with customers like Hyundai, Honda 2 Wheelers & 4 wheelers.
- Must have knowledge about IATF 16949 Audit.
- Handling customer as a Window person (Quality representative) of company.
- Gaining feedback from the customers, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.
- Supervising inspectors and other staff members and providing guidance.
- Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Working in Machine shop environmental conditions. Added advantages of knowing Nitriding process.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
