Responsibilities And Duties
- Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solution to customer concerns.
- Communicating with clients ,engineers and other technicians to ensure that service are delivered efficiently.
- Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
- Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
- Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
- Delivering demonstration ensure that customer are educated on safe and effective equipment.
- Monitoring inventory and recording material when needed.
- Writing reports and presenting finding to manager and supervisor on regular basis.
